Geophys is well underway

Hallaton Field Walking Group have been helping Collyweston by providing geophysical surveys of the Palace Gardens and surrounding areas.

The equipment being used are magnetometry and resistivity pieces of equipment.

We expect the geophys to continue until the end of March when the information will be passed to our local professional archeologist (Gary from Phoenix Archaeology) for his interpretation.
